  • Productivity
    • Microsoft 365 includes a large suite of apps and services that most businesses don’t fully utilise
    • We can review your usage to ensure you get the best value from your Microsoft 365 subscription
  • On-premises vs Cloud Only
    • Some of our customers have no on-premises servers and are now cloud-only. Others, however, still need an on-premises server
    • We can review your IT setup, recommend the best options for you and help you decide if migrating to a cloud-only IT setup is the best option for you
  • Licensing
    • Microsoft 365 licencing is complex and many different products and subscriptions are available
We will review your current Microsoft licensing and recommend the best options to minimise your costs
  • Microsoft 365 data backup
    • Contrary to popular belief, your Microsoft 365 data must be backed up. Microsoft provide very basic data recovery capabilities and resilience for service outages only. They do not back up your data! We ensure all your data is backed up to a 3rd party service. Independant cloud backups are essential, giving longer retention periods, recovery of file-level data and protection against ransomware and both malicious and accidental data loss
    • The service level agreement for Microsoft 365 states that data backup is the responsibility of the owner. Microsoft only provide guarantees for the service platform
  • Security
    • Although the Microsoft 365 platform is very secure, your own data is only as secure as your security settings. Most small businesses have not configured their tenants optimally and almost all have security weaknesses that should be attended to
    • Full review of your Microsoft 365 tenant
    • Full security vulnerability report following both Microsoft's best practice recommendations and our experience in implementing and securing Microsoft 365 for many customers
We will discuss recommendations and agree a plan for implementation
  • Identity Protection, Access Management and SSO
    • Single Sign On to avoid multiple passwords for access to multiple apps and systems
    • Password management, ensuring strong passwords are used and weak passwords are blocked
    • MultiFactor Authentication to provide more secure access than just a password
    • Security policies to control who can access what data and applications
    • Blanket blocking of access from specified locations (e.g. Russia, China etc.)
